Architectural lighting, Caccaro dressing rooms, hidden skirting boards, filomuro doors, Design Radar ventilation grilles, in a house signed by Hype Project .
The house with ground floor and first floor is built from scratch and fully furnished by Hype Project - arch. Victor Grosu and arch. Adrian Ianculescu. It is located on the shore of Lake Siutghiol, in Constanța County. The lighting systems with Smart Home function are delivered by Design Radar.
The living area is located on the ground floor and includes a living area, a dining area and a minimalist kitchen. The light sources have been placed in such a way as to allow the creation of different scenarios, depending on the time of day and the event. Minimalist tracks with directional spotlights ensure efficient and, at the same time, discreet lighting.
Above the dining table, minimalist tubes suspended on the rail provide the necessary light and mark the dining area.
The garage is delimited by glass walls, a bold insertion that brings a touch of power to the living area. Here, too, we proposed a track with lines that highlight the space's pièce de résistance: a collector's Porsche.
For interior doors, the architects' choice, of course, leaned towards filomuro doors, with a hidden frame.
In the master bedroom, the Camerino dressing model, also displayed in our showroom, was used. It provides the storage need in an aesthetic and functional manner.
You can see the house tour on architect Victor Grosu's vlog.
