Payment Methods

To purchase products from the Design Radar store, we provide the following payment methods: cash or card payment at our physical store, cash on delivery (payment upon receipt), online card payment, installment payments via Klarna, and bank transfer (payment order).

Cash or card payment in-store

During the checkout process, you can select the "Personal pickup from store" option. In the payment method selection section, all available payment options will be displayed. If you choose cash on delivery (payment upon receipt), you will be able to pay both by cash or by card when you pick up your order.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery, also referred to as “Cash on delivery” or “COD” at checkout, is paid in full upon delivery of the order. The payment will be made in cash (RON) at the time of delivery. You will pay the courier the amount stated on the invoice, specifically the cost of the products and, if applicable, the shipping fee.

Online card payment

The processing of debit card payments is provided and secured by Shopify through the Shopify Payments service. Accepted cards are VISA and Mastercard. No additional transaction fees are charged.

If your card is associated with an account in a currency other than RON, transactions are processed in RON at the exchange rate of the card's issuing bank. No additional transaction fees will be charged in this case either.

How can you pay online by card?

On the checkout page, in the payment section, you will have the "Online card payment" option available. You can enter your card details directly on the checkout page without being redirected to another page. Ensure that all order details and card information are correct, then click "PAY NOW".

The transaction will also be confirmed via email, sent to the address associated with your Design Radar account or the email address provided on the checkout page. In case the payment is not authorized, you can try again immediately after the failed payment message appears.

Bank transfer (payment order)

On the checkout page, in the payment section, you will have the "Bank transfer" option available. Select the option, verify all other fields, and place the order.

After placing your order, you will receive all the necessary information to include on your payment order. Your order will only be processed once the payment has been confirmed. For a faster process, please contact us and send us a copy of the payment order.
