The newest restaurant in Brașov, Kayus Lounge, opened on November 29, 2023, features an exclusive dining and lounge concept with an international gourmet menu. State-of-the-art Design Radar lighting solutions contribute to the space's distinct atmosphere.
The interior design, signed by GOAstudio (George Orzan, Ștefania Grigoriță), was created in lightning-fast time: just 4 weeks for concept and execution. The owner’s wish was for an ambiance unique to Brașov and Romania, suitable for both a restaurant and a club.
“We wanted to do something as fresh as possible, suitable for young people, and at the same time something unseen in Brașov. The lights from Design Radar make everything look super sexy; they really perfectly complemented the design, both for the club side and the restaurant side, where they create a cozy and welcoming ambiance,” mentions Ștefania.
The stars are definitely the flexible neon RGB LED strips: the bright shades create a vibrant and captivating energy, perfect for customers looking for an unforgettable culinary and social experience. The ability to change the color of the neon light allows for the transition from lounge to club, just as the client desired.
The tables are spot-lit by minimalist black tube-shaped hanging pendants, while the mobile black surface-mounted spotlights blend into the dark ceiling, keeping the light source hidden from view.
