For other types of finishes, such as ceramic tiles, these can be installed after the skirting is mounted. Install the skirting with screws secured into the aluminum profiles. When choosing a black Shadow Gap profile, the finish is important from both an aesthetic and a technical perspective. Black anodized aluminum: In the case of anodizing, the aluminum surface is electrochemically treated, forming an oxide layer integrated into the material.
